Give it to me Raw

I would really like to hear from anyone who went raw to help with a weak digestion (or simply anyone with real knowledge) What way of eating has helped, if any?
Cheers and may I say it is a beautiful hot 30 degrees here in Sydney today. A great day for mangoes!

tips which have worked for me.

2 meals a day. Lunch and dinner.

50% fruit 750gms
35% salad veggies 450gms
15% starch 150 and
10% concentrated 80 proteins.

A STROLL after eating is good to get digestion going. Nothing too rigorous for a couple of hours though.

Don't go to sleep on a full stomach.

The thing that heped me the most is eating easily digested food; fruit. And eating mostly that :)

my advice would be blend and juice as much as you can! chew very well and long. a book i read says the best thing too with these sorts of issues is to do mono meals. then add foods slowly. the you can find something that upsets you very clearly as you add foods in. oh and don't forget the other factors. exercise, rest, sunlight, stress ect.

Dry skin brushing is amazing for improving digestion. It makes such a difference in how I process foods i do not skip it.
Twice a day for two minutes.

I don't think this exists for humans yet, unfortunately - but what I think would be the healthiest mattress (and virtually free of dust-mites, even bed-bugs which inflict some homes recently) for humans would be the same as the healthiest for pets...
