Give it to me Raw

Don't know quite how but I fell over and broke a bone in my elbow...yup I was completely sober! They said it would take 3-4 weeks to heal, anyone got any tips on how to speed it up?
(Am Reki ing it already so you don't need to tell me to do that)
Thank you!

sending you healing lights, Zoe~~~~

i have no advice but just relax and be easy. May the right things come to you in your healing.
:-)
Louise Hay puts the metaphysical relation of elbows problems in her book : Represents changing directions and accepting new experiences.
The affirmation is : I easily flow with new experiences, new directions and new changes.
For
Bone Break it has been said: Rebelling against authority and the affirmation stated is:
In my world, I am my own authority, for I am the only one who thinks in my mind.

I am working with affirmations myself and so thought i would put it there. ;)

Hey Zoe, sorry to hear about your elbow - ouch!

Some people claim applying magnets to a fracture in the proper orientation will help it to heal faster. Makes sense. You'd have to do some research to figure out where to put them. Hope you're feeling better!

So it is 3 days since I broke my elbow bone...there is no pain and I am using my arm like normal. Amazing. Thank you everyone for all your love, healing and advice ;)
Going to my appointment at the hospital fracture clinic tomorrow to show off, I think they are going to be gobsmacked, I certainly am! ;))

I have been eating comfrey, taking homeopathic comfrey pills, and had loads and loads of energy healing from people all over the world, and from myself and the Cat. Drunk loads of cucumber and celery juice, eaten many mangoes and slept a lot.

Glad to hear it on the healing! may it be even better than b4 it broke, I broke my clavicle 1 mo ago and have had elbow/wrist/carpal symptoms due to typing and position (both sides not just injured left clav. side)... it;s been painful and rough. i also suffered 2 whiplashes unoff. told to me by neuromusc. PT. neck is hurtin... i didnt go about everything in the optimal manner (fast), and need to step it up on a few weak links, 1 step back, but I'll make 2 forward. I had lots of fresh fruit when I visited FL, right off the farm. need to up the greens, waiting on my juicer, though my gut can handle some greens I bet (healing U.Colitis, among other things).

\any healing vibes of positivity welcome :~P

love and light

It might be useful to track your food intake with a program like Cron-O-Meter for a few months. If you choose to do so, you will have plenty of objective info about your intake of vitamins, minerals, amino acids, and lipids, and you will be able to…
