Don't know quite how but I fell over and broke a bone in my elbow...yup I was completely sober! They said it would take 3-4 weeks to heal, anyone got any tips on how to speed it up?
(Am Reki ing it already so you don't need to tell me to do that)
Thank you!
yes i don't eat flesh, but thank you for offering your expertise anyway, i appreciate the sentiment and energy that comes with the advice, even though i won't be munching on a turkey ;)
i'll do the carrot juice, just bought a load yesterday, obviously in preparation!
Yes, comfrey leaf is good. So is the root (even if the FDA teed off on it some years back and consequently it's hard to get). And then there is always boneset herb too. it's really bitter, good at draining excess heat, so therefore best in the more acute stages.
I've never heard of there being a problem with it here. It grows wild quite happily here so I don't think it would be an easy one to ban. Though I never really understood the logic behind banning plants.

Tonka's trying to help by precariously positioning himself on top of broken elbow, and purring you know how seriously he takes his role as my therapist/healer ;) Padded clothing, yes good tip and sympathy always appreciated. Thank you ;)
I would not know what to say when it's my 10 minutes. I like the idea of without interruption though...then I can listen without feeling a need to respond to not make it seem like im not interested when I am
Nice picture and changes! I plan to go on a similar diet at some point, whenever I move out of Vermont and somewhere warmer. Lovin' the posts on your site, keep it up :P.
