has anyone any information on the specifics of the Hyppocrates diet ( Brian Clement) , I know he suggests growing sprouts and greens and juicing them along with wheatgrass.. but how much are we talking here is it 2 glasses a day ( thats a lot of sprouts?) or more? seems a tad impractical
Anyone even tried this before? I am interested in his theories even though they are fairly controversial.. apparantly 15 mins after the sprouts are harvested they lose there 'lifeforce' or electrical energy transmitted from the sun and all the 'real nutrition' that humans need. He has apparantly been able to measure this life force in humans and certain foods and found that sprouted seeds freshly harvested are bursting with it and extremely valuable to humans.. he says the same of sea vegetables and blue/green algae, chlorella etc.
Has anyone read the celestian prophecy.. theres a lot in it about humans gaining 'energy' from directly harvested plants.. really interesting if not a bit fancifull, but traditional science would have a lot to say about that.. they would point to the production of ATP in simple sugars as the fuel for human energy. But Brian Clement calls his findings a 'New Paradigm' of thinking about energy.. is this something traditional science has missed... have we been looking in all the wrong places for energy
I grow sprouts and wheatgrass in soil in trays. I grow wheatgrass, buckwheat, sunflower, pea greens, brocolli, fenugreek, and radish in soil.
I grow a crunchy mix of sprouts in jars also and lentils in sprout bags.
I just use water. I used to use Ionized water but it didn't make a difference. So just filtered water now. I don't use the ocean water or any other additives. Good soil and love is all it takes.
I find them all equally easy to grow. Once you learn to grow one, they are all the same. I eat salads where I add all of the sprouts and its quite amazing. I juice wheatgrass everyday. Feel free to ask any questions about how or whatever, I love to share.

Pink Lady Apple,
I used to get those. I know exactly what they look like - they are tiny, they can vary in size, they are circular, flat, and very red. They do look like blood blisters, but flat!
I stop getting them after I did an extended water...
I really believe that is possible to heal all of the body...regeneration of tissue is not a far fetched concept. There is a case of a man who re-grew a finger, recently! I have to dig to find the article, but I read it on naturalnews.com. Mind you...
i can understand american accent, i have been working with them for quite a while
my ear is not tuned to ause accent yet, i guess you are my first ause friend to talk with :)
but i am gonna catch up soon
