What would you guys recommend as the most efficient ways to break a fast? I'm at a loss for what would be of the greatest benefit. Maybe I'll just have what I crave the most... but at the moment I crave nothing, so maybe it's not quite time for me to eat yet... usually I'm so excited to eat again after a fast, but this time I don't really feel that way.

wow 35lbs in 15 days, thats a big drop. Yea that does sound abit scary. i would definately recommend supervision in future! I definately recommend being ni natural surroundings and in a warm climate. It gets so cold when youre fasting. I went from sleeping in about a million layers in costa rica, and still being so cold I couldnt feel my legs sometimes at night, to sleeping nude the first night I ate food because the climate was actually so hot. I hate to imagine what it would have been like somewhere colder.
I irrigate my nose with salt water after almost every shift. I use a little bit of salt with my toothpaste every now and again. My silver fillings are pretty stable and I've noticed a metallic taste in my mouth whenever I use salt so I don't. Clov...
I believe that the body can heal itself if given the support. I'm a nurse in a nursing home and I've seen the body cling to life no matter how much poison is thrown at it.
Sounds ridiculous to me. Anyone actually older and experiencing longevity there? I doubt it. I live out in the country in the general direction of God's fart zone and perhaps that's better than getting caught up in this sort of materialistic stuff...

they gossip about which teams are going to trade or sign star players. Most of it is bullshit. They just create rumors to sell papers / get hits. Still I eat it up.
