Excuse my doubting nature, but peope who do not do the internal ego resolution work tend to see the solutions to their probems as to be doing something "out there". As if healing is simply something that one can procure externally.
Reality is that these people need to do a lot of psychotherapy BEFORE they are in a place to heal _along with_ raw foods.
George may make himself look a bit better being raw, maybethat is all he wants - but I do hope he will do the necessary personal recovery to deal with his psychic damage so that he may become more wholely healed.
I'm old enough to recall his early days as a DJ, not so impressive!
I would argue that eating foods in their natural state will help him on his path of personal recovery. When I first started eating raw, I was at the lowest point of my life... at least mental speaking. I had just gone through a bad breakup and my job was really aggravating me and my health was really awful. So I felt like total crap. Eating living foods definitely helped me become a happier person. Connecting with that element of nature through the act of eating... to me that's a true spiritual experience, and a powerful one.
I have had exactly the same experiences of feeling rejuvinated and truly reborn through raw foods.
However, the experience did nothing to resolving my childhood issues, other than give me some much needed confidence. Such issues lurk tannaciously until one acknowledges them and deals specifically with them. Eating raw food does not resolve them.

There is a great fruit wholesaler in town, specializing in Local, organic fruit actually.
All I need is a few people, a car and one willing person to go up there with me at some unholy hour (they close at 9am) once a week and it's beautiful fruit ...
Hey, Great pic! Looks refreshing. Also I love the pics of your sprouted coconuts, they look sooo delicious! I watched the video with you eating a sprouted coconut and boy do I want to try it too!..
