best sites for online shopping?
Hey just wondering if you guys could help me out with some sites for shopping for snacks. I travel a lot and its feasible for me to order snacks and crackers online. I was wondering what the best sites were. I already know about naturalzing, and sun foods, and glaser organic farms. Also if Im always on the good, what are some staple things I should always be eating? Im addicted to these crackers from Organic Ave here in NYC in L.E.S. but i can't find them online!!! Also what power do you believe is most vital for someone like me who travels to put in my smoothies daily? should I just put superfood greens (the powder)?
Also just throwing this out there if anyone might know.....Are there any raw food restaurants anywhere in Spain? Im going to be moving back to Madrid from NYC and Raw foodist isn't a biggie there...so Im just curious!

Most like Vitamineral Green-they come in capsules now. Chlorella is one of the most versatile because you can use it easily with just water or you can get the chewable tablets. Seaweed is a good portable food.
Other snacks: Love Force bars (big, dense), Matter of Flax Snack Packs

Don't know of any raw food restaurants in Spain, there are a few in London but Europe is a long way behind the USA. There is a small Spanish raw food scene with a small festival in Malaga province, see www.comunidadcruda.es
(And if you need raw food supplies when you are in Spain, my company in England ships to Spain: www.funkyraw.com plus there is www.rawlifeinspain.com )

I have never dried them myself, but in France and Italy you can buy them already dried (at what temperature I don't know). It was awhile since I ate them (before I went raw).
My saliva has never commented on how I smell. But my mouth tastes fine. And, in case you were wondering, my various excretions all smell good too!
Lost is same insanely good storytelling, character development. I love how they spend time flashing back to show you the character's demons and how the island is bringing them to face what used to be a big thing for them. Plus, you never know what...
