Give it to me Raw

Right now, as I feel very tired, linguistically tangled, and rushed with the urgency of a mother overworried (well, i appreciate the concern i guess but ahhhh!!!) about my various likely nutritional deficiencies, I have a question!!

I won't bother to edit this post even though the writer in me is like OMG.
Ok:

Stable blood sugar:
My mission is to conquer fruit CRAVINGS (different than my body's real need for the vital energies of the fruit) and find a way to transition to a living foods diet without eating too much cooked whole grains... I find that in balance they are great and I feel much better with them... but too much brings me back to a very low energy state...
And i need energy to tackle other health challenges such as a parasitical invasion and sluggish bipolar liver!

Help!

Get on the low glycemic fruits like cucumber, grapefruit, tomato, to balance the sweet ones! And make sure you get your greens.

I am transitioning to a living foods diet at the moment.
So it feels like

More and more dark leafy greens like kale, spinach, chard
Herby greens like arugula and parsley
Lettuce

Slightly less oils, I use a lot of olive oil and coconut oil

Whole grains once every 2 days, or once a day (cooked brown rice, sprouted Ezekiel bread... but I would prefer finding ways to eat more live whole grains)

Fruits throughout the day: apples, oranges, berries, melon...

Sprouted or raw crackers

Beets, cucumber, radish, carrots, squash...
And onions! And garlic!

I don't want to eat meat or fish right now, though I might still eat milk products if it felt right. I don't like to label myself, but I would say that I'm not eating any animals at the moment, and very little dairy (it would be organic, unpasteurized), if any.

I really want this to become more fun... I feel so serious about eating, even though I know that these changes are right for me... it's just hard to make them in an environment where nobody else is.

How long did 50lbs last you? A week? I would recommend that a person get some greens to go along with their bananas.. did you forage for any greens that week?

That is a good point Angus. I have found that a lot of fundamentalist religions accuse everyone else of worshiping the devil and it like a blind hysteria- like all these other people have a black bible in their house and secretely worship a statue...
