is there ways to MAKE money there? or more like a typical residency etc...cheap accommodation but in the middle of nowhere..etc..? I pass on alot of residency's that friends have done, because your only option is a turkey sandwich or 'vegetarian meal' in a bag. From the looks of it, its very different in those regards. Still a bit suspicious.

I find it's quicker to make four cuts, scaling the outer skin equally then pulling it away and thumping with a wooden spoon. Plus it's less of a mess and you don't lose any juice because none of the kernels are cut :)
