Are green smoothies the best way to strengthen teeth.

Does anyone have any great natural ideas on keeping our teeth strong?

Brush with tooth soap, then use wheatgrass juice as a mouthwash, swishing it in your mouth for a whole minute or two. This will remineralize your teeth. Chewing a lot of leafy greens and grasses strengthens your teeth. Green smoothies are good, too.

I agree that chewing green....is so good for healthy teeth. I also do oil-pulling, using virgin coconut oil, swishing in my mouth for 20 min's, first thing in the a.m.
Put on some red lips and like WOW! My hubby will follow me anywhere!.....lol!

what is oil-pulling?

Flaxseed oil (2-3 tbsp/day) helps with bleeding or weak gums.

Ive heard people say focus on silicon rich foods becase it is used in quite large amounts to build new bone. Try nettle, hemp leaf, horsetail and oatsraw tea as a base for smoothies or soups. If you can get hemp seeds where you live that sprout, then you could grow your own hemp greens and munch on these.

I've heard of amazing things being done with Black Walnut as a tea. :)

I don't think our soil has nearly the same trace mineral concentration, so I think unrefined salt can be helpful. The seawater example doesn't fly because, like any substance, what is good in small amounts can be bad in large amounts. BTW- I've ne...

Cinnamon powder is used in Chinese medicine for colds and flus. Use lots. Iodine is also good for killing viruses and preventing sickness. I like Atomidine brand, but nascent is good, too.
