I have been mostly raw. I am feeing more and more energy and really high alot. But sometimes these bouts of bitchyness hit. They are over pretty quickly but I feel guilty afterwards.
I have not felt this good in years for the most part so my question is ---is this like normal?
I assume it will pass.
Any ideas are appreciated.
Maybe if I set the intention to be more balanced that will help.

Eh, I get annoyed too, especially around certain people. I don't like certain people's energy and it puts me on edge. Other people are just plain unpleasant and rude. Eating raw suddenly isn't going to make everyone else a joy to be around :P It's natural, I'd say. But patience is practiced. We're human, not perfect.

Live detoxification sure can bring on the bitchyness, LOL!
I also think that ,as women, sometimes we're dealing with the subconscious, universal female pain-body rearing its head. Being raw can make you more sensitive to that stuff, I think.
Bouts of bitchiness will hit anyway regardless of raw and how many times you do special prahna breathing. We're human. That's just the way it goes. Overall, if you are generally productive and a person of integrity, that's all that matters.
I think it's part of detox, I really do. The emotions previously kept in place, for me anyway, with coffee, stimulating foods overeating whatnot. Now on raw all the feelings come up. A tool called cocounseling helps discharge old emotions. It's often available for free to learn one on one. Classes are available at low cost or scholarship if someone can't afford.
But anyway, back to detox. Whether you find a tool to help release old emotions or just do it naturally, I do think it's normal.
I feel bad too and if this helps I think it gets mellower and mellower as each layer sort of peels away like an onion. I wrote about this on rawprincess954.blogspot.com called it a meltdown. good answers. Good luck don't mean to ramble.

I have meltdowns sometimes too. But they get less frequent the more I go on with being raw, and staying true to my own heart and spirit. Yoga helps me big time.
Your dog is sooo cute! I have a dog too and two cats, and I looove them! I feed them wheatgrass and they actually choose that before regular grass wich they normally chew on in the garden.
I decided to have a 50/50 raw/cooked meal at Vita last night, having had a desire for warm meals for last couple of weeks. They had a Vegan Paella, it was amazing but it's only the second time I have had grains for a year and I had headache soon a...
It's actually surprisingly easy once you get the hang of it. No machete required. Shave off the husk at the pointed top close to the shell. Then poke the point of a knife in about 2 or 3 cm out from the centre and wiggle it about until it pierces ...
Yes, I believe two out of the four pineapples I've had the last several months have been alright with me, after having let them "ripen" for some days. The one that turned out the best was one I stored in a bag of ripening bananas. I did the same t...
