It looks as if I may have been mistaken cause I have both of those books and I thought there was a third one but I don't see anyting else online. I htink that maybe it was from this book....Raw Food Life Force Energy by natalina rose. Whatever book it was had a 28 day program for going raw.
I found it! It was in the other book, no wonder I couldn't find it at first haha. Well here it is for anyone who would like to try it. It is a great juice to drink first thing every morning, it helps to have good regular poopies. I personally only make half of what the recipe calles for.

1 medium or large beet
1 cucumber
