I'm having pain in the liver/gall bladder area on an ongoing basis with digestive problems and bloating, plus lack of energy issues. I believe this is holding back my transition to full raw.
I'm thinking of doing Hulda Clark style Liver Flush to push the issue along.
Anyone have good results? And I mean symptom relief, not just stones in the loo, but actual physical improvement.
Liver/gallbladder flushes are widely touted to be a pancea. I don't recommend them, they can be very hard on the body. I actually caused myself worse problems by doing one several years ago. You are dumping toxic bile into the small intestine and colon and a lot of it can be reabsorbed by the body.
There are much gentler and very efficient ways to detox the liver, gallbladder and kidneys. My first choice: the South American herb Chanca Piedra (literally means "break stone"), but there are many herbs and supplements that can assist to this end. Together with a diet that is easy on the digestion (blending, low in nuts and the more difficult to digest fats and fibers), you can turn your digestive system around in a matter of weeks.
Adom- if you're interested, I know an herbalist/electrodermal screener who is a genius with parasites, amoebas, viruses and bacteria. He can make you a homeopathic nosode that will take care of those suckers.
I wonder if that's what I have? I have phlem in my throat many mornings. I remember it started happeneing specifically when visiting my mom's house many years ago, maybe 8 or 9. She's a terrible housekeeper and has cats that go in & out. Are ascaris animal related?
I'm over at Curezone now checking out the parasite info. I've been feeling shitty this week/ month and think maybe its time to get this done.
Up til now, no I haven't. And I spend a lot of time with dogs.
Up til now tho, I haven't felt the need for one either. Just this past month & week I've suddenly developed some symptoms that are troubling -- bad joint pain, my period came 3x this month (NEVER has happened in almost 30 years!) and every now & then I'll lose my voice. also bad dry skin & itches... So I'm thinking now might be a good time to finally tackle this.
There are no tests that would prove you do or don't unfortunately (other than energy-based testing, which some would not accept as "real" science), but this is the opinion of many, if not most alternative practitioners. Hulda Clark of course, attributes all disease processes including cancer to parasites.
Adom, just FYI, the deleterious results of the flush I did were not the result of epsom salts. I didn't do that version. It did include a coffee enema, and I prepared for it for about 10 days in advance with orthophosphoric acid, cider vinegar, systemic enzymes and a very minimal raw diet.
In my opinion there are contraindications for certain individuals - such as the type of toxins one has been exposed to, length of time of exposure (i.e chronic mercury poisoning), the health of the eliminative organs (leaky gut would be a contraindication), strength of the adrenals etc.
I did the epsom salts, grapefruit and olive oil one and it was horrible. Truly horrible. I won't do it again...there's got to be a better way than glugging a cup of olive oil, having a tidal wave of water come out your bottom and feeling sick as a dog for a couple of days...
MMS will get rid of parasites with no trouble, it is easy to use, cheap and as far as i know, safe as houses.Google Jim Humble MMS there's a free ebook on loads of websites all about it which is a fascinating read.
I personally am a fan of David Wolfe's Spiritual Immune Tonic System. He explains why it is very difficult to get rid of parasites, candida etc. once and for all. It has to do with nanobacteria and the build up of calcium deposits in the body, which usually include heavy metals. Check out his youtube vids if you're interested - on David Wolfe and calcium. If you do a google search, you can find the above named document (or I can send it to anyone interested), that gives his very comprehensive protocol for reversing this process and truly clearing these infections.
A food log is a great idea! I hope that you can isolate the cause. They didn't hurt or itch or anything like that, but they didn't look right. At first I thought it was skin cancer or something!
I looked up petechiae as Eric recommended in the co...
Yes- they're called petechiae and I've always heard that they are liver-related. They can also be due to anemia and low platelet count. If you also bruise easily, that might be the likely cause.
I get them too and they come and go.
Pink Lady Apple,
I used to get those. I know exactly what they look like - they are tiny, they can vary in size, they are circular, flat, and very red. They do look like blood blisters, but flat!
I stop getting them after I did an extended water...
I really believe that is possible to heal all of the body...regeneration of tissue is not a far fetched concept. There is a case of a man who re-grew a finger, recently! I have to dig to find the article, but I read it on naturalnews.com. Mind you...
i can understand american accent, i have been working with them for quite a while
