I go to law school a few blocks from there.
The only thing raw there is the violence.
I go to Philly for my raw foods needs.

Yeah, I go to Rutgers. I love the school. The town, not so much. School's great though, I love my professors and my classmates are a pretty cool crew....can't get everything one wants I guess....

I got into Temple Law. The day I got in there there was a stabbing on the steps of the law school. That's not why I went to Rutgers, but it does seem like law schools all end up in freaking dangerous places.
Right now in Camden though we're having armed robberies on campus...

I've never made it there actually. Where exactly is it? The one time I tried to find it I got lost.
Please note that this happens at the drop of a hat. I could get lost in a paper box.

I usually just hit juice bars and make my own raw food. I've never been to a raw restaurant. So you could say where I go is the Reading Terminal Market and WholeFoods.

Well.
Relatively speaking.
Right now I'm actually in North Jersey with my fiance, I split my time when I'm not in school between Camden and Livingston, which is a NYC suburb.

i do yoga, but not regularly, and my flexibility isnt that great.
my breathing capacity is great, and thats the only thing good.

things that have actually worked for me:
Valerian root for tea - very calming...
Lemon juice, sliced lemon peel, lemon grass or lemon verbina, raw honey, star anise (optional), maybe some ginger, hot water (let it all infuse together for a while) ...
oh yeah there were like 3 judges who really eager to find mistakes in my asanas and other yoga practices that they asked me to perform :)
But i am lucky hahahaha
