So I have been raw almost 2 years and since then I have been getting warts on my hand and a growing cyst under the skin on the inside of my upper thigh. Has anyone had this reaction and if so what do you do to take care of the warts?
Stop being so elitist. As you say, there are many ways to do raw. Just because someone feels better on nuts than fruit doesn't make them less healthy or less of a person. You say shit like that and it makes me discount every other opinion you have or 'fact' you state. Its ridiculous.
there is many ways to do raw. some people like to ride a heavy bike with flat tyres and a belly full of rancid nuts and salt

Warts, visit your dermatologist and get them zapped with liquid nitrogen, they'll fall off. I did that and also started taking stuff to strengthen my immune system. New Chapter's Berry Green's was good for this. Can be pricey, but eventually all the warts left and didn't come back.
