all kinds of conflicting info in the world of health/nutrition

I'm constantly studying holistic health/nutrition, but everything seems to contradict eachother. There is just so much conflicting information and I don't know what to believe. I am so confused. For example, everything that the Weston A. Price Foundation claim contradict everything that Dr. Michael Klaper claims. I would appreciate it so much if anyone could clarify something for me or direct me to any valuable articles/info.

Welcome to the health world. Look hard enough and everything you'll learn will be contradicted by someone else's assertion. We live in the wild, wild west of nutrition.

Experiment....see what works for you...Just because someone says this is the way to proper nutrition doesnt always me its completely right...take what they say and experiment and you'll find your answer

I totally understand- it's very confusing. I've been studying nutrition for over 15 years and there's alway info that makes you go "hmmm..."
There was a time I thought that The China Study was the be-all-end-all and I loathed the Weston A. Price Foundation, LOL! Now I've reversed my position, based on personal experience and further research.
I realized that my "healthy" lifestyle wasn't making me as healthy as I'd hoped, so I thought, "what do I have to lose?" and I did a 360, diet-wise. So far, so good:)
All we can really do is look at history (our own and other's) and do the best we can.

I think you mean a 180, not a 360.
