Addiction to food, even RAW FOOD, why we treat us as prisoners ? help!
Hihi,
I LOVE RAW FOOD! Since 3 years, My life is amazing! I enjoy every second In my life, i am more creative, i wanna LIFE! I want to free my mind! Can I ?!
but..
I am addicted to food, even RAW FOOD. I am 100% RAW, but I cant stop thinking about it, cant stop doing it, and EATING IT!
i have checked, compare to cooked-food-addicted people, and we have similar symptoms.
Sometimes I eat and eat.. and eat until i will feel BAD!
Even I eat bananas, apples, and ecological food i want to eat all the time, and I think its only the one, biggest problem in my life!
I want to free my mind!
(in my last last, i said, -->) I have been raw since 3 years, and I cant loose my weight!
my BMI is 24 and my mother's is 19 ! in the same height!
Even I go to fitness club, 5times a week! and what?!
i always was little "fatty", since i was born!
I think its so stupid, to not control our minds, emotions, but I don't know how to cope with this!
Please, I hope so there is nobody here like me, and you are all healthy and happy people!
But Please, tell me what are your experiences, and give me some advices!
I want to FREE MY MIND!
and be free! Run away from the food-prison!
I know anything is possible! Let's DO IT!

so good to hear of your experience....and i can relate. i've often thought that i'm powerless over anything to be done in moderation, and indeed, i think it's true for me. i've experienced the disease of addiction on a number of fronts and i can say that any answers i've found (and there are answers) have come from a place beyond my own mind. i need a spiritual solution, a place where i can get outside my own thought pattern and witness how my own mind works so i can do the next best thing...because sometimes i just can't make myself stop based purely on the power of the intellect.
