Give it to me Raw

Yes Tea. That tasty refreshing calming enchanted ancient beverage that can be enjoyed cold or warm. How delightful, isn't it!

OR IS IT?

I know a raw fooder who does not drink tea because it is not raw...
It makes me wonder..
I mean what nutrients are you really losing by drinking hot tea? I sure won't sacrifice a nice cup of tea on a cold day or when I need to relax and sooth an upset stomach.

How are you out there? Still drinking TEA even if it's not technically RAW?

I love tea ... absoluTEAlly , as well . It adds a lot ... it depends what kind of and how and when ... I have a Collection ... Tea is sacred ... something to be respected ... to be drunk ritually ...

But never TeaBags ! JUST IF , o n t h e r o a d , at least the best quality ... BUT I cut the little bag - carefully - and use the leaves ...

I also meditate in drinking it ... specially Sencha ... or Jasmin ...

I order a pound at a time from the co-op for the discount and steep it very lightly. My teeth are going yellow though and people think I'm drinking urine. I am so very grateful that I'm not drinking coffee anymore!! Not cracked out of my skull anymore. I'm very comfortable with the low level of caffeine I get from green tea. Not raw? Well, I'm not a purist but I respect people who are.
