Give it to me Raw

I'm watching the documentary "A Delicate Balance" right now with the roommates. Though I'm sure most of us know and understand the concepts presented in this movie, I highly recommend it.

It's the most well presented straight up facts about our diet and what it is doing to our bodies and the planet of any video I've seen so far.

Show it to your friends and family if they are still eating meat, dairy, and eggs. Eating a vegan diet is a critical step we must all take to ensure the human species survival on this planet. We are not only destroying our own bodies , but destroying the environment and destroying habitat for many other species (forest, jungle, oceans, lakes etc.) just so that we can eat MEAT and other animal products.

have you seen the documentary "eating"? i ordered it a couple months back per recommendation and have shown it to my parents and few family members who found the information almost as eye-opening as i did.. the way animals and our natural environment are treated is appalling

has anyone seen both that could tell me if "a delicate balance" would be a better video to see/recommend?
