Give it to me Raw

OK Im going to first say that I have not read the book.

I have however adjusted my daily caloric intake to that of what "80/10/10" has suggested.

I have upped my fruit, upped my greens, upped my veggies, and lowered my fats.

I have also stopped eating dinner at 10, and only lightly much after 7pm.

This is totally working!!!!! Anyone who is having problems with weight loss, I highly recommend this type of diet:D

Hugs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I find I am most attracted to doing this.. not so much in the same way cause I want to grow my own food. I might end up with more veges, greens, and fruits when I have berries. Going to try to make more and more berries available since they seem to grow well in my area. To me number one goal is to provide as much for myself as possible. I find the simplicity of eating what is available seasonally in MY AREA. I find if I eat foods from far off lands my body doesn't do so well. Now if i moved to an area where certain things are more available i think my body would naturally adjust.

I think the best thing for us right now is to make it happen here while we are waiting to see if moving would make since down the line. I am supper excited about the greens... I know if we work well with the land we can definitely have muddiness, grapes, blue berries, and black berries in the summer. In the fall we get naturally here solmac the kind that is edible and taste like lemon, and prickly pears. I want to see if we can also get a few strawberries working outside and inside for year round.

I find the amount of wild food we have here growing exciting and it helps you to understand the land a bit so you can decided what would do good here. We have pear, peach, and plum trees depending on how they go we would consider getting more. To not have to spend money on the food be sustainable of our our efforts. Get back to mother nature experience the process, put our love into the plants. To know and experience what its like to be part of the process of getting my food into me. When are eating habits are been shipped all over the place. For me the earth screams get out put your hands me bring forth more life... NOW

You'll get even more results if you eleminate oils and nuts. 10% doesn't mean 10% nuts and oil. You'll get 7% from fat if you eat only fruits and veggies. They contain fat.

Raw organic coconut oil is a wonderful vegan source of dha & epa - and really yummy too! Can add a teaspoon or Tablespoon to almost any smoothie or green drink to make a nice creamy texture & hint of tropical taste.

I think there's something missing here lol. Eating well and taking care of our body is important, but if our merit runs out and our negative karma takes over, it doesn't matter how well we eat. Anne Wigmore was a long time raw foodist, and she died…
