Hi all,
I am new, so perhaps this question has already been addressed, but I will ask anyway just in case.
I tried the raw food diet a few months ago and I loved it, but at the same time I could not cope with the hunger pangs and always feeling hungry. I am going to try to give it a go again, but am worried about this. What are ways I can avoid hunger pangs even while I am eating something all day long? I am a relatively small person, I don't usually eat very much to begin with and have been vegetarian for over 7 years, but for some reason on this diet I was always hungry.
Does this happen alot? Perhaps its just something one's body has to adjust to?
Thanks for any insight!
