For me, "The 80-10-10 Diet" by Dr. Douglas Graham is the bible of nutrition, and makes being a raw vegan really easy and understandable. It also largely eliminates any food combining problems. Highly recommended.

it tastes delicious Bueller...but theres no way its good food combining,sadly one of the greatest thing on earth is sugar and fat combos,taste wise,but digestion wise narda not good!
fruit eaten alone or with greens is optimal..I am very careful with how i combine my foods,for ease of digestion!i eat mostly mono meals all day..
then dinner i combine unsweet fruits,veg/salad,and maybe some avo or seeds..
What does it say about where we're at, when the truth does seem out of character and not the norm to be coming from the floor of one of the halls of 'so called power' that governs over what is best for us, our communities and more and more the ind...
