I would be cautious of the tomatoes, they have been referred to as 'wolf peaches' before and does cause me issues if i eat too many of them or they are not ripe enough.
It sounds like a candida overgrowth to me, what exactly are you eating over the course of the day?
Yes I do have some suggestions because I have been through a very similar thing and I suspect most of the population is needlessly suffering too.
Candida in itself isn't a 'bad' thing and in the right quantities helps regulate blood sugar levels but when it 'mushrooms' out of control then we have a problem. Candida loves sugar hence all the recommendations to cut sugar out of ones diet but the problem with this is that our bodymind-every cell in our body runs on fructose & glucose (its our fuel) therefore it is impossible to restrict the sugar for too long without going insane - and that's pretty much how i was feeling after trying numerous 'ant-candida' programs (even raw ones like Gabriel Cousins).
The solution? Eat a properly combined lowfat raw vegan diet. Learn what fruits combine well with other fruits, eat melon alone, fats with acid fruits only etc...and don't look back because if you do the same symptoms will appear even more quickly than before because you are cleaner & more sensitive.
When we combine fats & sugars in the same meal then the fat sloooows down every function in the body including digestion so usually sugar would go straight to the bloodstream but when fat is added it stays in the bloodstream longer than whats optimal and 'overfeeds' the candida which can result in Lethargy, diabetes, brainfog, infections, itchiness, cracked corners of mouth, acne/pimples, thrush, concentration issues.....the list goes on.
I searched for a 'cure' for my candida for years (i mean years!!), sure i could follow some of the diets......for about 1month max! and ended up 'bingeing' on anything sweet because my body carb/glucose deficient.
When I first went gourmet raw the problem didn't improve but when I started high fruit raw I did about 10days on just bananas, my candida was back in balance within 4days, acne covered skin started to heal and disappear, my eyes started to literally open more and become clear, I could concentrate for the first time....ever really & it only gets better & better the more I travel down this path.
At the time I thought it was nothing short of a miracle but it wasn't a miracle it was just simple.... my body finally had the chance (energy/lifeforce) to come back to balance/homeostasis.
Fruits & greens are the easiest to digest & leave the least metabolic waste on digestion therefore there is less of a 'clean up' team required so that team can go and work on sprucing up the organs (making our skin shine) and eliminating environmental toxins etc
I would really recommend getting 80-10-10 by Doug Graham, its fantastic and very simple to follow & implement, don't think there's a program out there simpler....just like in nature, I subscribe to the KISS principle!
-Learn about proper food combining
-Remember if you have fatty rancid(if not picked & shelled fresh) nuts at dinner time, they may still mix with your morning fruit meal which feeds candida too.
-Keep the fat levels to under 10% a day or every second day. I generally have an avocado every second or third day and only fruits and greens the other days, works very well. I don't eat nuts anymore.
-Learn more about physiology and how the body works, this helped me so much
but as im sure you know... we are more than just this physical body, so empowering yourself on many other levels then just nutrition is important (but its good to start with a sold foundation)
- yoga, running, meditation, singing, exploring our creative self are some of the methods I follow.
You can never solve a problem on the level on which it was created
-Albert Einstein
P.s- I have an ebook with low fat recipes that adheres to mostly proper food combining, ignore the front page our business used to be called rawballs. www.thehealthconscious.com

Wow, thank you sooo much for the info. I had started to feel that this "wonderful" way I had discovered (raw) is now turning against me. I did the home test with a glass of water and I for sure have candida. I will check out the things you have suggested. Again. Thank you.
I went through the same problem after about 2 months of raw. It was because a colon hydrotherpist told me to stop taking EFA's because they are "too hard to digest." Getting back on the fish oil (flax oil doesn't contain EPA, which is also essential) cleared it right up.
I take Ultra Omega3 by OmegaWorks brand, the "triple-strength one softgel formula." I take one per day. I bought mine at the local pharmacy. Just make sure you buy them from a reputable brand that cold processes the fish to prevent the acid from going rancid, and one that filters out the heavy metals from the oil. OmegaWorks is a quality brand.
If I could afford it I would prefer to take krill oil; a more concentrated form of EFAs and also easier to absorb. Dr. Mercola sells a quality krill oil on his site.
And, of course, good old ground up flaxseed is the freshest of all, but again doesn't have the EPA which you may need.
(I'm not a doctor...just making some suggesions and sharing my experience!)
Topically applied raw coconut oil is very soothing to dry skin as well. It's my main winter luxury right now!
That's hilareous. My husband looks at the sun to make himself sneeze. There's some weird phenomena that 10% of the population has that looking at the sun makes them sneeze.
being connected nope not a coincidence...raw opens up our chakras and there you have it,wham it hits you in the face sometimes Chris, its intense but intensely exciting...
yup i love hearing everyone different ways and experiences its wonderful to...
Hi Loren. Dillon is 6 years old, very skinny and eats like a horse, I have noted in the past that when he has had a virus and been suffering from fever and lack of appetite that his autism is less severe.
celery is hugely important in my diet,as i dont add salt to anything..when i do have the occasional piece of sunbread or raw chocolate which contains salt,i reallllly feel it quite negatively....
great advice Loren :)
Great points RG you're right, one size dosent fit all. For me it was purely a health thing to start, but then as you so well described it, the layers started peeling back. It really took me by surprise, was very unexpected, which is why I now just...
Hi Nicole,
How old is your son? As far as diet, I would be giving him plenty of fruit, and plenty of simple salads, including lots of tomatoes and perhaps some celery as both are high in sodium.
But as I understand it, salt cravings are usually ...
