Give it to me Raw

What did you think about Philip's interview? Do you have any questions for the man himself?

The sound level is too low - when I play it on my laptop, I have the volume maxxed out and I can barely hear it. I will probably play it on my desktop later so I can hear it.

Sorry! We are working on that. ; )

I loved the interview so much, I've listened to it twice. Philip was a dynamo and so filled with passion. One question I have though, has losing weight by being raw ever given rise to the phenomenon of 'loose skin/excess skin" or is that just for people who have used alternative drastic methods?

You know the interview has really stuck with me. I have thought a lot about the part about stuffing down the emotions with heavily cooked foods...not allowing emotions to surface, just pile more food on top. That is such a true analogy. I did if for years. I don't miss that drugged state I often found myself in and it has been a gift to truly get back in touch with my real self through this diet.

I also think that Philip's example to the raw community is so totally uplifting. He is so genuine and positive. Choosing his emotions and planning to make everyday the best day ever... it really is that simple. That is so high energy.....it is clear that Philip resonates on a different frequency altogether than just a couple of years ago. It is so beautiful to see.

Perhaps this question was answered, but when will the autobiography be released? Will it be this year sometime?

And a huge thanks to Dhrumil & Philip for being a part of my personal daily inspiration.

hi magical I use to fast before I was a raw vegan so I did not feel I needed to detox first. But everyone is different. I think if someone is doing drugs and other things they might want to wait to do a long fast.
