Hi Debbie,
China is a tough one. It was hard enough just trying to be vegetarian here. Chinese food is full of 'secret meat', every meal was like a mine-field. And no one understands 'I don't eat meat', so I'm not even going to bother with 'I don't eat cooked things.'
And yes, I feel like I'm getting more and more beautiful every day :) I'll have to put up some 'after' pics in a few months.

yeah as ppl said below the vibration is much higher when you're raw. its weird you just feel like energy is swirling around you
i have experimented with raw now for over two months. its an exact calculation...the more sad food i eat the worse i feel. i decided to do as high raw as i can get and its awesome i feel amazing

Did you go to a reliable restaurant? Not all restaurants know how to properly handle fish. Most are frozen,thawed & refreeze what wasn't use. Can also be both. Maybe since you haven't had it in a while you body responded in a certain way.
