I've finished day 6 and noticed a few disturbing things. I'd love some insight:
1) This morning I'd rather have gouged out my eye than drunk a green juice. I could barely choke down the quart I had (I left a fourth of it, to be honest).
2) I had no desire to drink juices. I managed all my celery in a quart of celery/tropical fruits and 3/4 of my greens... but beyond that, I didn't want a thing. I drank lots of water, but I'm guessing this isn't a good thing. Anyone know why I'm not hungry?
3) Not hungry, but in the mood to chew. Everything. Food looks good to me. This isn't good, since I'm finding myself drawn to the food. Even though I know at this point to go back on foods without following the protocol would be uncomfortable to say the least, and frankly if I'm going to spend a week doing protocol I might as well go ahead and do another week Feasting and honor my commitment.
4) I don't think I'm getting enough fat. I'm taking 3 Tbsp of hempseed and a tbsp of coconut oil a day, but my hands are drying out. Then again that could be from all the enzymes?? (I don't have a great juicer, so I find myself squeezing my pulp by hand, more often than not, after I'm done juicing).
Anyone go through this?
