Give it to me Raw

I'm allowing myself to be distracted while working. . . which is why self-employment can be incredibly dangerous. . . and my distraction is an entire recipe with the ingredients being:
a bowl of Raw Food Real World's Chocolate Pudding (with avocado instead of coconut)
an email about Being the Change You Wish to See,
writing a "recipe" for the perfect compost,
and wondering what some of my raw food peeps are up to

SO. . . I thought I'd send out a call for yummy chocolate recipes. . . post them here so we all can be deliciously distracted?!?!

The pudding:
1 large avocado
enough water to blend
a few spoonfuls of cacao powder
scraped out vanilla bean
a splash of liquid dark chocolate stevia and two dates
a dash of celtic sea salt
a small spoonful of mesquite powder (optional)
a tablespoon lecithin granules or coconut butter (for creaminess)

mmmmm.

I don't pretend this should be eaten every day, but it's absolutely orgasmic!

Quick Caramel Slice

Sorry, no particular volumes, I just splash and dash:

Caramel layer
melted coconut oil
agave nectar (about 1/3 volume of coconut oil, or to taste)
lucuma powder (about 1/3 of coconut oil)

mix together, pour into flat container

Chocolate slice

melted coconut oil
agave nectar (1/3 of coconut oil)
cacao powder (to taste)

pour over the caramel layer, place in fridge, ate when solid (if you can last that long!)

p.s. the caramel layer makes an absolutely amazing caramel sauce. You can pour it over cakes and puddings and it goes perfectly with a nice raw sticky date pudding.

p.p.s. I make small volumes of this as it's hard to resist.

I bet juggler is GREAT exercise. For the brain, with the hands crossing the body's mid-line is beneficial.

I favor organic apples on sale anywhere, especially Whole Foods, when they're 99cents/lb (culture shock).

Keep it simple! GINGER! You can make a tea with grated fresh ginger and just pour some hot water over.
