Tomorrow is Yom Kipur(a Jewish holiday in which we fast for a day), I was wondering whats good to eat before&after the fast, before to keep me full for a while and after something that would be easy yet nutritious&filling, any suggestions?

probably spirulina and bee pollen/honey? just put it on a spoon, chew for a while to get your saliva mixed in and swallow. you may not feel physically full volume wise - but my guess is that you will feel quite satisfied. I used this to "recover" from a fast before running 21 km a couple of weeks ago. it might be good to have a couple of lemons after the fast - for electrolytes, etc...
Unfortunately I don't have spirulina yet, don't have it in stores in Israel and what I order online hasn't come yet + as I'm vegan so I don't eat honey, why lemons after the fast? "electrolytes, etc..." doesn't mean much to me :P.
Thanks people, I'm not too worried, fasted before, about 2 years ago I fasted once a week regularly but it wasnt with raw food, just organic vegan, anyway thanks for the tips, I'll let you know how it was! :)
Easiest Yom Kipur I ever had.. ate a big salad with cucumbers, tomatoes, 4 types of sprouts(cant remember the name in english and not in the mood to look) about 5-6 types of green leafs in a mixture and fruit smoothie of banana, apple&dates before, hardly felt hungry, just in the last hour or so it started annoying me, but I assume it was mostly psychological, after I ate another salad with lots of greens&veggies and a few pieces of a date, hazelnut&coconut snack I made, feeling happy and energized :).
