Does anyone know of how this can be treated / reversed naturally? What are the reasons for this disease and what is effective at improving one's condition with SLE?
Hi I hope the best for you. Here is some info I found on the internet. A fast on green juices would be good, adding flax oil, wheatgerm oil, tumeric, and seaweed to daily salads would be good. A massaged kale salad with pumpkin seeds, arame, goji berries and oil is good.

Hey Clement,
Yes, it can be, and I believe many people have had success with this. Fasting is very good for it, you could Contact Doug Graham, Gina shaw or Dr Goldhamer in the US if you were interested in this.
If eating any cooked food, I recommend stopping. I think cutting out grains, pulses and animal products would be a good idea. Lots of fruit, lots of greens and small amounts of hemp or avocado.
Regarding the causes, I'm not sure, auto-immune diseases are not very well understood in the current western medicine paradigm. The cause of most autoimmune diseases though, seems to be eating foods to which we're not designed. Certain individuals are more sensitive than others, and respond to these things in a variety of different ways. Auto-immune diseases are supposed to be the body attacking itself, but I dont believe thats entirely true. I believe the body is more likely attempting to attack or eliminate something else, and is accidentally damaging the body in its efforts to do that.
Kev posted an interesting article on here recently about Autoimmune diseases. Hunt him out on my friends page and look at his posts.
Another thing would be to go with just greens and green juices. By putting your body in a mini fast it can reset it and heal yourself. Or just staying away from fruit could work as a cleanse.
I'd keep trying different things if I were you to see what might work!

I definitely agree! I read somewhere that people who have autoimmune disease are often "divided" about something in their life, and their body becomes divided, too. It's like it starts its own civil war, with the immune system on one side and the rest on the other.
Women have much higher incidences of autoimmune diseases than men and I think we also tend to internalize things more deeply, leading to some of this stuff.
I believe the person just needs to develop a healthy lifestyle, give the body a chance to heal itself.

Ooops, has my answer to every disease stepped on an authority figure on lupus here?
If I have, sorry about that.
I still believe in the body's capacity to heal.
And no, I never have lupus.
With sunshine, now I do recall a friend who has SLE and she told me that she had to avoid the sun. A pity. Sunshine is so good for life. Wonder where she'll get her vitamin D from?
Damn. Four days ago, I upped my dose from a few teaspoons each WEEK of MSM powder to a couple of tablespoons each DAY. Monday I noticed I was a quite irritable at work, impatient, and in a general daze. Yesterday, I felt the same way at work and t...
I was wondering... if the whole reality is now changed... from before Kirk launched...
Would that mean that the next series they will bring out is the original Kirk, but in this altered reality...?
