Whenever I do a smoothie, be it fruit or green, it kinda sits in my stomach and I feel heavy, even if I make it not a big 1, with just 1 or 2 fruits still it sits there sometimes for hours, on the other hand if I eat the fruit raw feel very light, should I stop with smoothies then and just eat the green in more salads and just more fresh fruits?
