Ice cream
In Chicago there's a place called Karyn's. She has raw ice cream made with coconut and fruit. Does anybody know how to make this?

I make ice cream by blending coconut meat with fruit, agave, a little water, and a little "cashew cream" or "coco cream" (I don't make the cashew/coco cream, I work at a restaurant...). So basically, you can sub extra coconut or some cashews for the cream. Enjoy! Also, I've been using a vitamix but a smaller food processor may work better.

Thank you for your positive words everyone. I've been raw for 8 months and it was simply dissappointing to have gone through such a binge! Besides I felt physically awful!
