The energy, clarity, and euphoria. I love how much more sensitive I am to everything. You know life is great when the feeling rain or of wind blowing against your skin turns you on!
Haha, glad I'm not alone! Stuff like that happens to me all the time. I get all tingly when it is raining outside and I open all my windows and just sit on my floor to listen and smell. Same thing with all of the late night cricket noises.
The best thing I've noticed is how I handle my kids. They don't drive me crazy anymore. I love being around them and often play with them (like several hours everyday). If their in a bad mood I just let it go, as before I'd get all sulky myself, sometimes even mad. It's so much easier to handle them if I'm in a good mood and also brings them up so bad moods are more seldom seen nowadays.
I also got rid of my asthma, dandruff, eczema and I got more confident.
For me, it is clarity and control. I have been fighting the same 10 or 15 pounds my entire adult life and I have been endlessly vascilating between feeling great about myself and feeling like a failure, embarrassed by my own lack of self control. I have tried nearly every diet and was never quite able to find what worked for me. That is, until I found the raw food lifestyle. I feel healthy, wholesome and natural and it is so incredibly liberating to let my body find its natural weight and not be thinking about dieting (and deprivation) every minute of every day. It is like a huge monkey off my back (in addition to the 10 lbs off my ass!)
recently i have come to believe i may (not fully sure) have candida. mainly for the following reasons: after any cooked meal that is high in startches like say risotto the next day my head is so fuzzy and i think it may be even hungover or drunk. ...
This is what my mom recommends too. The thing is I live in a high-rise building in NYC, so I'm definetely not "grounded".
The grounding bed technology makes sense, but it doesn't feel natural to me. Has anyone tried it? Did you notice any changes...

I LOVE this post. you have nailed on the head so many things that I think, about religion, food, dogma, etc.
It's true that so many legalistic people do not realize that what they're doing may come off badly to others; just trying to find what is...
Hi,
Sorry to disappoint u, but you should never eat raw chestnuts. They're poisonous! They contain tannin a toxic substance. I used to let my dog play around with them until I learned about the tannin. It's highly toxic for animals (they can die f...
