Yes yes I second that, I have always love this even before raw....it so good and i even drink up all the papaya flavored lime juice after the papaya chunks are all gobbled up....yum
My favorites aren't quite so gourmet. The very top of my list is just plain fruit!!! I've been a mango freak lately.
But, as far as actually creating something, I have to go with spinach-banana-mango smoothie as my very favorite. I also LOVE salads. One of my favorites is just a simple kale-avocado salad with the kale leaves ripped really thin and rubbed in avocado (that part is messy and fun!), a little lemon juice, and whatever vegetables you like to add. Today I made this tossed with fresh salsa from the garden, cucumbers and sprouts. It was fantastic. Guacamole is up there too.
For the past few weeks im also gone mango crasy i love them.I see you mix spinach with mango i do as well, i never put a banana in with my spinach and mango i will do it tomorrow.
Bananas and spinach are just maaaade for each other! I often just do plain banana spinach smoothies. Banana-peach-spinach is also delicious, but I have to say that the mango addition wins.
i agree with Audrey, the best meals are the one you prepare fresh out of the garden, Tropical fruits and veggies are my favorite, but they don't taste the same living in So Cal, i've grown more of a taste for raw mexican food. walnut tacos, xocolate chile over lentils, and of course guacamole
I need a mango now more than ever.
This year has been the worst mango season I've ever seen :( Honey mangos were sad with light colored flesh that held little flavor...Kent mangos...don't even make me go there.

LOL- yes, I meant blood vessels. I must've been typing in a hurry;) The spleen (in Chinese medicine) holds things in their place, like blood in the vessels, and organs (keeps them from prolapsing). I wonder if you had a spleen issue back when the ...
