Give it to me Raw

So after a year of hearing me talk non-stop about raw food this, raw food that, raw food will change your life! ;D, etc etc... a friend has finally decided to give it a go!
She's getting into it mainly for weight loss, and has about 30 lbs to lose to reach a healthy weight. I felt uncomfortable giving her weight loss "advice", because I can really only relate information about what has worked for me/my body... I did tell her that she would probably lose about 5 lbs initially, just from detoxing all that meat, bread, milk gunk out of her system.
She's pretty eager though, and wants more "tips". Sooo, I told her that greens and green juices= her new best friends, sea veggies help with detox and weight releasing, and apparently so does raw ACV. I also recommended small amounts of coconut oil, which tends to work for me.
Does anyone have any more tips/"tricks"/advice, or any specific knowledge of how to maximize weight loss without compromising nutrient intake?
I'm very eager to give her good advice, but at the same time, I'm wary about pointing her in one specific direction that may not work for her personally...

Good advice!
What I suggest in addition to that, to ensure she reaches her ideal weight and replenishes her deep nutrient reserves at the same time, is she live primarily on Raw Super Foods combined with high quality fresh veggies & fruits. The real definition of a "superfood" is any raw food which is exceptionally rich in nutrients per calorie (high nutrient content, low calorie).

These days, due to the masterful alchemy of certain long term raw foodies who have already done 1000s of experiments (which not all of us have the time or desire to do, personally), there are superfood mixes which create creamy, rich chocolate & savory Dorito flavors! These are especially valuable for newbies who have yet to develop awareness of how to combine things for optimal nutrient uptake & satiation, and desire to achieve amazing effects very quickly anyway.

I have done a 40 day water fast before. So I guess for some people it miight be dangerous but it works for me. I do better on water then juice fasting.
