Girls around here dont understand me and think im a freak for being fruitarian which makes it hard to date because most women love to COOK! All i do is peel and eat and sometimes dont even peel. Pretty simple lifestyle which Ive grown to love.Everyone says"Oh I could never do that, I love my FOOD" which the funny thing is that so true because theyre ADDICTED to it! i broke the addiction, sure would be cool to find women like this or at least vegetarian and i know there are vegetarians here i just havent found one yet!

Have you looked into attending a raw foodist meeting in your area? Or going to a raw (or at least vegan/vegetarian) cafe regularly? Maybe getting out there and finding some social groups that share your values about healthy eating and vegetarianism would help. :)

hey Robert, I'm a fruitarian too and I was thinking how men want a woman who can cook for them, not just put a pile of bananas on the table hehe,) so it's funny you say that. I feel you:) haha. best of luck, I'm sure you'll find yourself a wonderful fruitgirl and you'll have much more time doing other stuff than just cooking :D

Well Levke, maybe it's up toe you to get things started in Germany, then you will be seen as a pioneer and be interviewed on national television, radio on Rawkathon
lol, thats really the only "hard" part of being an 811er. Nothing is hard unless you think it is, but i dont even find a vegetarian girl around, not to say a raw foodist. I just forget about it and go out on a date to plays or movie theaters or things like that, if i go out to dinner i eat a salad, or some low fat vegan whole food...
You have to make exceptions or else you will date a LOT less... or make the date different, like going to do some sports togheter, or into a paintball session lol!!!
celery is hugely important in my diet,as i dont add salt to anything..when i do have the occasional piece of sunbread or raw chocolate which contains salt,i reallllly feel it quite negatively....
great advice Loren :)
Great points RG you're right, one size dosent fit all. For me it was purely a health thing to start, but then as you so well described it, the layers started peeling back. It really took me by surprise, was very unexpected, which is why I now just...
Hi Nicole,
How old is your son? As far as diet, I would be giving him plenty of fruit, and plenty of simple salads, including lots of tomatoes and perhaps some celery as both are high in sodium.
But as I understand it, salt cravings are usually ...
Hi Loren. Thanks for that info. I often hear Naturopaths comment on how children with autism are often lacking in sodium and reccomend increasing their salt intake. I have a son on the autism spectrum and he craves salt. He drinks green smoothies ...
