Cafe Gratitude's "I am Eternally Youthful" Smoothie - Request

Does anyone know how to make this smoothie? Rare has it been for my tastebuds to grab me so strongly, to dance so vividly. I'd love to be able to share it with others I tell raw/veganism about.

I'm never disappointed with the recipes from Cafe Gratitude, Natalia Rose, Raw Food Raw World, and Ani Phyo. Those 4 books have my little finger smudges on all over them from when I uncook :)

Unfortunately, I'm traveling around the country at present, and as my backpack is already overflowing (mostly with books), I've no way to check out that book or get any of the recipes. I've seen Raw Food Real World before, and I totally agree with you. The recipes in there are incredible. Can you post any of your favorite recipes from the Cafe Gratitude book here?; ▶ Reply to This

It looks like it's an ice cream-based milkshake. Good luck trying to figure out the proportions. It shouldn't be too hard! :)
