Give it to me Raw

I've been raw about a month and a half and have been feeling great, with the exception of a little detox symptoms of gut irritation, skin breakouts etc. I began doing home enemas 2x week starting 3 weeks ago following instructions on this page for the garlic and acidophilus and had been feeling great afterward, no gassy, crampy feelings and tons of energy. Execpt for today, today I felt awful, awkward, uncomfortable and drained of all energy.
I also have had a long history of kidney infections which (knock on wood) I haven't had one in four years, that is I think until yesterday. I had fever, pain in my back on the left side, lethargy, crabby except not a single a moment of urinary tract infection symptoms. It is like a phantom kidney infection. I downed green smoothies, cranberry juice and clear water until I floated. Today is pain/discomfort only on the left side back near kidney and front under my ribs. But I slept for 5 additional hours this afternoon/evening, like I could not stay awake for anything.
My questions are: Why, why and why? Are these too related? Could it be a detox symptom? Should I go see a doctor (I'm not dying or anything)? Hmmm....
ANY input will be helpful.

Its been an assumed link of course, regarding protein, but we havent mentioned it. I was waiting for the specific intakes earlier. Only mentioned reducing fat (most protein foods are fat foods too, so by reducing those, you reduce protein intake). Good point. Very good point. high protein diets are strongly implicated with kidney problems, especially kidney infections. I know someone who got rid of lifelong problems with kidney infections just by going whole food vegan.

I was taking in a large amount of nuts, seeds and fats thinking that I needed the protein. A half handful with every meal and a flax or hemp oil squirt in with my smoothies. Now, I know that you should have a little bit of fat when eating greens to release the vits, but how much is enough? Would a little bit of avocado work as well and if so how little to get by.
Wow, I thought I knew a bit about this and love learning more. My goal is ultimate health and I'm so glad I found so many knowledgeable people on here!

Vitamin C is generally more important for releasing nutrients from greens, especially iron. Fat can help too in releasing certain fat soluble nutrients, but its not essential, and yes a small amount of avocado will do. 1/2 an avocado per day is usually enough for most people.

If you eat enough calories, your fat intake will increase anyway, since there is fat in fruits and vegetables too!

it is a liquid non dairy honey-apple acidophilus, have not done any compresses... do they really work?? I do meditation and yoga and that is very nice to help me relax in the evenings, but I didn't know it could help the kidneys (must Google this more!). I had the same thought about the potassium, but as long as I cut down on the fats and increase the juicy fruits and veggies, particularly celery, cress and parsley it should balance at some point right?

Cucumbers, celery, red bell peppers, tomatoes,carrots, spinach and lots of spinach, romaine lettuce, kale, cilantro, parsley, jicama, chard, onions, garlic, broccoli, zucchini squash, butternut squash, avocados.

I've never had a durian and want someone to smuggle one to be so I can enjoy the love also!!!!!

I noticed you said you had a fever. I used to get a lot of kidney infections as well, and although I haven't had one in at least 8 years, my kidneys are still a sore spot, and so whenever I get a fever or some kind of viral infection my kindeys ache. It feels like a kidney infection, but it's not. I heard that when we get colds or some sort of viral infection that any weak part of our bodies ache, and since I've had so many infections in my kidneys, they ache whenever I get sick.
