Raw birth control?
Hey ladies,
I'm wondering what your thoughts are about methods of contraception that are the safest / least sketchy. I am not particularly interested in the pill simply because it involves synthetic hormones which I've been told by my Ayruvedic doctor I should try to avoid based on my body type. What are your thoughts about effective birth control methods, i.e. natural approaches? THANK YOU!

There's a lot of posts so not sure if it's been mentioned or not but I read the Billings Method many years ago and it works. Just use a back up condom when you're in the danger time.

I've been doing some "research" on ear candling, and have found three different reports:
1) it's great, feels great, and really helps to clear out the sinuses/lymphs
