Raw birth control?
Hey ladies,
I'm wondering what your thoughts are about methods of contraception that are the safest / least sketchy. I am not particularly interested in the pill simply because it involves synthetic hormones which I've been told by my Ayruvedic doctor I should try to avoid based on my body type. What are your thoughts about effective birth control methods, i.e. natural approaches? THANK YOU!

Im happy to have stumbled on this discussion. I am looking for the same. I was looking into the FemCap wich is like a cervical cap. My herbalist friend discussed the carrot seed with me (queen ance lace) and she also has a concoction that puts you on a more relible cycle. Mine is 35 days long. I tried the NuvaRing with disgust and told myself I'd try it for 5 months (that was my stash) after a close call. I rid myself of my copper IUD the year before ( a whole other story) I'd had it 10 years+ after my two children were born. As for the neem oil, i use it on my face for a misdiagnosed rash that ive had for a few years wich i chalked up to the enormous amounts of massage I have done in 5 years as a build up of "other peoples garbage" , thew my hands up in the air at failed ideas and started taking it internally daily for cleansing inside and out. Now i just use it topically. Its in a base of Sesame Oil. Would have to check out that website your all mentioning. Looks like a keeper. Any one having any good results thus far on new methods?

yeah reminds me of a guy I saw jogging at Frenchies Park last week in a full-on plastic coated tyveck suit- with the hood on! He could have been allergic to bees too- or just crazy. It was like a heart attack waiting to happen.. anyway I could have run after him yelling- Just be a raw vegan!!! But he probably would have just thought I wanted to have sex with him- haha
