Another theory says that the Gregorian Calendar is out by a few years as there have been many changes made to it earlier on in its history and that we are actually in or close to the real year 2012 right now! Makes you wonder doesn't it??!! Either way, the old ways of being, the old ways of government and the old economic system have to crumble and make way for the new - which is happening, perhaps not fast enough for most of us, but hey, enough of humanity is awakening now and questioning the status quo and saying "No" and "There has to be a better way" etc....... Bring it on, i say! ;-)

People sure do like to focus on only the negative parts of prophecies, lol! It's so like us humans;-) It IS funny, because they seem to miss the point, that 2012 is just the gateway to the next age in human consciousness evolution and a new world. That's what all those writings point to, not the end.

This has always interested me.. and scared me a little bit. lol. Im a somewhat paranoid person (not to extrememe though, just a little bit. :( ) I just want to survive what ever happens if it happens, if the conditions are worth living in. I have not done a lot of research about this, but I read something about animals behaving differently as well, and our pets possibly turning on us? No clue.. there are so many different storys. And it has already been said, but.. nothing I can do about it. What happens will happen. I just have to live my life the best I can. ^_^ I also want to learn how to survive off the land. How healthy can we eat anyways without our appliances, and electricity and such. New topic maybe? Hmmm.. (not for here of course.. lol)

Hello, I would like to comment on this.

I've gathered my own view point about these events from spiritual channels, psychics, spiritual teachers, books, online publications, etc.

Essentially, we will all undergo a change.

Depending on our focus and our deeds, or our energy, it will determine what we will experience.

Our earth will be, and is in the process of being divided into 3 earths.

One earth will be for "light workers", one for "dark workers" and the other for those who wish to remain in a physical form.

The other two earths will be for people who will take on a partially physical and partially non-physical form.

Which path you take will depend on you and how you align.

Some people want to align with light, and take in more light into their bodies, and thus move into the the next densities to evolve themselves as a more perfect light.

Others will continue to explore and learn soul lessons from the path of separation, or the dark worker.

And the remaining will stay on this earth and learn the lessons they need to here.

I will also like to mention that many people will also simply be unable to make the transition at all, and will lay down and be dead as they cannot process the changes.

The more important thing to remember is you being the master of your reality and life, can choose and will continue to choose what you want to experience based on your focus.

If you choose light and bring more light into your life and body, you will have that experience.

As one of our extraterrestrial friends and allies like to say, always stay in the present moment, and accept what comes as what is.

I wanted to add that the next stage of our Earth, or the next density, is available to us now. The 2012 is just a big sign so to speak of the change, or when the masses will undergo a major shift.

I myself, my feeling is I will hang on to this density and help others for as long as I can :)

The big deal is already happening, and has been happening for quite some time. We've been immersed in it and many simply cannot see it.

5 years ago the fall of the economy was predicted, many thought it was bogus and here it is today, accepted and 'normal'. It's the gradual but steady fall of that which doesn't serve us.

Raw food is part of this as well..

I wouldn't expect anything to precisely happen on that day or year, but to simply have come to a wrap up of sorts, then more continuous changes.

I have friends totally into this. Some are connected with Shamans in Mexico and Peru, others are connected to people teaching plant-spirit medicine and herbal medicine. All have heard this. People of indigenous cultures are talking about it: Mayan or otherwise.

The way I understand 2012, its not so much about the "world" ending -- just a cultural tipping point that will alter our current trends as a world culture. The world will dramatically change.

Perhaps it means that Western civilization's dominance will stop. Perhaps it means that a "green" or eco shift is upon us. It looks like "shifts" in the US have already occurred. (Can anyone say Obama?)

Do I buy it?

Waaaaaaaaait a second. There is absolutely nothing about obama that creates a shift, other than the color of his skin. Sure it's amazing that a black human is our president elect.... but should it be amazing? No, because we should all be equal in the first place. Learn more about Obama, you will come to realize he is no better than bush.
