One of the goals of this year's raw spirit festival is to be as eco as possible.
The best way to help the conference in reaching that goal is to care share. Whether you're driving in all the way or just from the airport, here's an opportunity to make a friend and save on gas.

Hey there. I'm private pilot, and I'll be in LA before the the festival and will be flying out to Sedona for the weekend. While it's not super eco, it sure is a lot of fun and really very beautiful to fly through the desert and mountains in a small plane (4-seater).
Was looking for possible traveling companions- I could take 1 or possibly 2 if there's interest and you don't weight very much!
About me- I got my pilot's license in 2004 and have about 160 hours of flight time. I live in New York most of the time, but I don't get to fly much there- it's so much more fun in the West.
Haven't set up places to stay in AZ yet, but I love Flagstaff, and it's a quick jump from there to Sedona.
If you're interested, send me an email.

Gisele is renting a vehicle at the Phoenix airport at 11am on Wednesday (9/10). She returns to Phoenix on Tuesday (9/16) morning. She is a vendor in the Art Garden. She has two more seats open.
We would all pitch in on the cost of the rental with Gisele.
One way, or round trip. Depending on who responds.
I arrive in Phoenix on Friday at 10:10am on Southwest Airlines but then have to pick up lugage and so will be ready to roll around 10:30 or 10:45? I have a reservation to get to Sedona on the Shuttle at 11am and it arrives at 1:30pm and I am supposed to show up at the RAW Roundtable where I am supposed to tell everyone what my RAW FOOD Demo is about on Sunday.
So I REALLY would love to ride share and be eco rather than do the Shuttle, I have not paid for the Shuttle yet and supposed to when I arrive so if someone can give me a ride that would be RAWesome! I do have 2 very large luggage pieces full of books, ceramic knives, ceramic peelers, mostly my RAW DVDs and some clothing. Then on Monday 15th I have another reservation to go back to Phoenix at 8:45 am and would again rather car pool with someone!
If someone can CONFIRM and meet me on Friday 12th at Southwest Airlines around 10:30am and can give me a ride PLEASE e-mail me at rawbryan@gmail.com
And if you can carpool and give me a ride back to airport on Monday around 10am please e-mail me too! My reservation with the shuttle is at 8:45am because it it the only one available everyone is going home at the same time...
ALSO I HAVE A HOTEL ROOM at the Radisson so if you want to split the cost of that let me know, I can have 1 more person!
I'll be living a little bit outside Sedona, in the village of Oak Creek. If anyone is staying there or nearby and have room in their car for a passenger, please send me a message :)

Well we are not early man. Sitting on the computer typeing isn't natural. Not sure what being natural has to do with working out.
Jumping rope at a moderate pace seems okay for someone out of shape or for a warm up. If you want it to be an effect...
Check out Dr. Bass' books for a much more concise understanding of his research and findings. I bought his books immediately after watching these videos, and have been reading through them since. :-) Great info, thanks for posting! http://www.drba...
I find it's quicker to make four cuts, scaling the outer skin equally then pulling it away and thumping with a wooden spoon. Plus it's less of a mess and you don't lose any juice because none of the kernels are cut :)
