Does anyone know what Ani Phyo is eating on the cover of her book? It looks really nice but I can't work out what it is and there doesnt seem to be any reference to it.
It's her Black Sesame Sunflower Bread. Page 153. I was admiring it earlier. She explains that for immediate use, she doesn't dry it all the way, so it's softer like sandwich bread.
