Transforming this planet one "thought" at a time

In light of the discussions on nuts being rancid and containing Mycotoxins. I wanted to talk a bit about the power of focusing our "thoughts".

I know that many of you are well aware how powerful our thoughts can be and the amazing change that can result when you stay consistent and also "act" on those thoughts.

So I'm sitting here wondering what the impact could be on the entire world if we focused on how we want the world to be NOW instead of what we currently see . This really ties in with the mentioned discussions.

What changes would happen if we focused more on the abundance of chemical free fruits, vegetables, and nuts available to EVERYONE instead of what we've been focusing on?

This may be taking it a step further, but I'm willing to take a risk.

We're holograms....Energy... so in essence what we experience here is just that an experience. So with this I'm here to say that many of us are still taking life and what goes on here too seriously.

I'm not suggesting that we don't care and that we stop trying to make this world a better place, but we can do so much more through meditating on the world we wish to live in and focusing our thoughts on how healthy this planet is instead of continuing to give more energy to what's still wrong with it.

Yes. What we focus on expands. What would happen if, when we find something in the grocery store that is good and pure and nutritious (even if it's something seemingly small and insignificant), we send our gratitude out into the universe? The energy that surrounds us is intelligent. If it "knows" that we like something, we'll get more of it.

There wouldn't be so much good organic food out there right now if people didn't want it and weren't grateful for it. If we'd only focussed on what was wrong with our food in the past (with no thought to what we did want), our only choices now would be chemically treated and processed foods. But that's not the case. And, though we're still in the minority, that minority is growing.

Thanks for this reminder Lisha, with the upcoming New Year I would like to invite myself and everyone else who wants to join me to try and remain focused on creating positive thoughts and focusing on what we want to happen in the world! No sense in bringing down my beautiful day with negative thoughts and concentrating on the fear based mentality that is so pervasive in our society.

Smiles,
Beth

It's actually surprisingly easy once you get the hang of it. No machete required. Shave off the husk at the pointed top close to the shell. Then poke the point of a knife in about 2 or 3 cm out from the centre and wiggle it about until it pierces ...
