The idea of making one with avocado makes my heart sing. I have looked at a lot of recipes (on goneraw) but when I made it, it just didn't taste right. Don't get me wrong, it tasted GOOD. Just not mind blowing... (which I know it has the capability to become!)
I used
1 avocado
1/4th cup water
2 tablespoons raw cacao powder
enough agave nectar... 1.5 tablesppons?
a pinch of himalayan salt
it didn't taste right so i added a bit more agave, a half of a banana, and the inside of one vanilla bean.
do you have any recipes that will be sure to knock my socks off?
i do mine with chia seeds, cacao powder, and coconut milk. maybe some cinnamon and goji berries but thats about it. soo yummy! we always bring it with us on road trips so that we're not tempted to cheat!
brilliant. haven't found a use for chia get other than smoothies - made this today - real nice. Chopped the coco meat and put on top of the chilled pudding - delish.
How can you have your pudding if you don't eat your meat ---- ; )

I had to substitute agave/honey for the medjool dates before, and it did not taste good. Something about the dates texture and certain rich sweetness. Anyway, try Natalia's recipe! My non-raw foodie friends say it's better than dairy chocolate pudding!
