This is a post For those of you who have this book. I just recently got this book and love it! I just made the Chocolate banana shake for me and my kids and it was to die for! I also think the 30-second nut milk is ingenius. I wish I had seen a recipe that uses raw nut butters before today. It sure saves a lot of time!
Are there any other recipes in this book that you guys love and are must trys! I tried the spicy peanut coconut noodles already and that was fabulous as well!

I posted this on RFT as well and several have said that the macaroons are out of this world and several rave about many of the drinks and lasanga. I have made the chocolate banana shake with the 30 second nut milk and it is so awesome. I made it two days in a row. Now I just have to get my stock of frozen bananas back up again! But let me tell you I drank this shake and I didn't get hungry again for hours and hours (very rich and filling).
Now I am in the process of making the spicy peanut coconut noodles. You have to dehydrate the peanuts for over a day for them to be ready (crunchy) for the top and that is an essential ingredient in my opinion. I have my coconut meat now thawed and ready to go. I think later tonight I will start chopping up all the ingredients that go inside. This dish is very labor intensive but so worth the effort in the end. I can't wait till its done! It is truely like a gourmet dish. So beautiful and yummy!
The ravioli is good and the chocolate dessert with the coconut whip cream always gets raves. I make miniature ones and top with fresh raspberries..very good. The samosa's and thai wrap also delicious this is one of my favorite cookbooks. Pretty pictures too..
What page is the chocolate dessert on. I am trying to find it and I don't see it in the index. Also which ravioli did you make the asparagus or red beet one?

3 cups frozen diced banana
2 cups of nut milk (I used the 30-second nut milk in mine)
1/4 cup of agave nector or 2 stevia packets
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
2 heaping tablespoons organic cocoa power or carob powder
pinch of sea salt
In blender puree all ingredients until smooth and creamy
I also added ice to mine to make it more cold like a shake
My food processor burnt out and I'm considering getting the Magic Bullet as a replacement. Can it also make things like date/nut bars as well as smoothies? Do cheap blenders work well at making daily green smoothies?
I'd get a processor/blender c...
