Maybe this is nerdy and weird, but I know I can't be the only person out there who doesn't throw away all the little stickers. Without thinking about it I would stick them wherever I was, and one day I realized that over time I could probably make a neat collage.
Last year in school I would eat an apple every day and stick the "organic" tag to my music folder. The 2nd picture is the white sheet I stick them to at home. I haven't added to these since I discovered a local farmers market, but I just came across the folder and thought I'd share :-)
I buy wholesale produce and am always annoyed at home many millions of stickers are used, so last year I started putting them in a mason jar. I just keep on mashing them down...
Heres a pic.
You should be glad you're not in norway...almost everything that is organic here is wrapped in plastic "to distinguish it from the conventionally grown" :(
I used to wear them as a bindi as a kid, and when I was in high school, all the kids would go over to the grocery store across the street, and buy bananas for the stickers. We covered our binders in them, - it was a good year for Chiquita.
I have an entire cooler covered in organic banana stickers. It really annoys me that every single piece of fruit has a sticker on it. There are factories out there making millions upon millions of stickers per day just so we can peel them off and throw them in the trash...hmmm seems really smart to me. There has to be a better solution.
I like to buy produce from local farmers because it local of course but it also has no stickers on it. We need to get away from relying on global food imports and start going back to local economies.
Well we are not early man. Sitting on the computer typeing isn't natural. Not sure what being natural has to do with working out.
Jumping rope at a moderate pace seems okay for someone out of shape or for a warm up. If you want it to be an effect...
Check out Dr. Bass' books for a much more concise understanding of his research and findings. I bought his books immediately after watching these videos, and have been reading through them since. :-) Great info, thanks for posting! http://www.drba...
I find it's quicker to make four cuts, scaling the outer skin equally then pulling it away and thumping with a wooden spoon. Plus it's less of a mess and you don't lose any juice because none of the kernels are cut :)

I have been jumping over rope for the past few days, it feels so good, almost every part in the body moves and it gives a lot of flexibility, it's even helping me to do some yoga asanas much better than before.
Is jumping over the rope good for h...
Pomegranate seeds can add fall color to any dish. They are good for more than just their color and flavor, they are full of nutrients, too. Pomegranates are full of Vitamin C, one pomegranate contains nearly 50% of the daily value of Vitamin C. ...
