A friend of mine introduced me to them this weekend. I really enjoyed the simplicity of them and how soothing they were. Seems like a great technique for meditating. I think I may get one of my own. Does anyone have any experience in using them?
You can put a little water in it, and after you chime it, gently move it back and forth. It gives it a really neat sound! I think it sounds like a whale.
