Master Cleanser Support
Hello Im about to embark on the Master Cleanser and was wondering if anyone out there was about to as well...i would love to be able to have the support/provide the support much needed.
I particularly need the support because I work really long hours and have been feeling super sluggish lately and the coffee and sweets are so much easier at times to get that quick rush to get me through my day!! i was doing about 80% raw at the end of 07and beginning of 08 and completely fell off and have been trying to get back on it. It is the only time i remember having as much natural energy. I can believe it. I read that Robyn Q. (Howard Stern's side kick) lost 30 pounds on the master cleanse. It's only day 4 for me and I weighed 6 pounds lighter this morning.

Im on day 14 of a Master Cleanse TODAY. Am intending to go another 14 days before I end this one. Im blogging on this forum on MyPage. Last Oct I did a 24 day cleanse and released 35lbs. Lost another 5 on raw food immediately there after. Went 4 months and started regaining weight when I started eating fast food again. Sooooo, Im back at cleansing away all my cooked food addictions and I will go raw food again in a couple of weeks.

Yes, it is feeling very wonderful. I can walk across the yard and feel LIGHTER! I have a LONG ways to go, but am taking first steps in that direction very deliberately.

tonight and she had a pack and I opened one up with a nutcracker, omg. Is it a nut? Its so meaty and you don't have to cook or boil. I was so happy. I took them with me to my new house and I love them.
