Give it to me Raw

Hello Im about to embark on the Master Cleanser and was wondering if anyone out there was about to as well...i would love to be able to have the support/provide the support much needed.
I particularly need the support because I work really long hours and have been feeling super sluggish lately and the coffee and sweets are so much easier at times to get that quick rush to get me through my day!! i was doing about 80% raw at the end of 07and beginning of 08 and completely fell off and have been trying to get back on it. It is the only time i remember having as much natural energy. If anyone is intereted please hit me up you can also send me a personal email at oriyomi16@gmail.com but please no junk mail...im off to buy some fresh OJ and organic lemons
peace and blessings

I wanted to try this again, but with cane juice (instead of maple syrup) but I'm starting the 811 challenge. Good luck!

Hey Beautiful. Ive done the Master Cleanse a few times (generally at the change of seasons) and it's awesome. I highly recommend it. I usually use agave syrup now though instead of maple syrup grade b. Just make sure you ease slowly into it and especially ease slowly out of it. Dont jump into cooked or rich foods right away after. Also, it's pretty important while you're detoxing to make sure you get a colonic or do an enema along with the process, because as your digestive system gets a break from constantly digesting, it will start to "clean house" and pull toxins out.. If you dont eliminate the toxins thru the colonics or enemas, they will reabsorb back into your bloodstream at a more concentrated level and you could possibly feel ill, sick, nauseaus, tired, etc. Im not trying to scare you, just speaking from personal experience! : ) Do try to take it easy during the cleanse, no intensive sports, etc. It's a good time to rest and reflect.. Best wishes sister & let me know if you need any other support along the way! : )

Not necessarily. I did a water fast and came off of it 100% raw. I felt great.

My plan is to come off of this to get back into raw...

molliegee what was the water fast like? People are always telling me not to do the MC cuz i am not getting enough vitamins/protein/nutrients etc...

how did you get all of those during the water fast?
thanks for your post

Have you read the MC book? He addresses many of these issues in there.

Sunnied good luck on that 811 challenge. Today is day 2 of the master cleanse and i decided to do the raw agave instead of the maple syrup.

durianrider thanks for the suggestions I appreciate them I do agree that the hardest part for me has been to main a consistent healty life. But i figure that it could be that regardless of the track i take to move down that road...im interesting in hearing more about this 811 challenge though

Thanks, today was a breeze! How is it going for you? Good call on switching off syrup. Hey, maybe you can come off the cleanse with 811 :)

Is the 811 the same thing as the 80/10/10? I just started reading that book a little bit ago...very good book!

I just started the master cleanse on March 19th. So far so good. I did experience some bad headaches on day 2, but now on day 4 I'm doing fine. The only issue is my mental games I play with myself cause I'm having to feed my family which includes shopping and preparing the foods. At the same time I keep thinking how great it will be when I accomplish the 10-day goal. The salt flushes are still very yuk! That will be the only thing I miss!

After I'm done, I'm thinking of working into a juice feast for a bit...

I have done it many times. The longest 40 days. I will send you a private email. I am starting tomorrow and plan to go for 20 days.

And they are raw?? I feel like I have seen them at TJ's but for some reason I did not think they were raw. This is exciting. That sounds so good right now.

I was at my friends tonight and she had a pack and I opened one up with a nutcracker, omg. Is it a nut? Its so meaty and you don't have to cook or boil. I was so happy. I took them with me to my new house and I love them. Have you ever??

I do like the Violent Femmes but I think that is too pessimistic. Nihilistic hard driving folk.

I have not used the stuff for years, it gives me heart palpitations. but when I did use the stuff my 1st choice was liquid (especially the flavored ones they have like toffee) 2nd choice: white, which is more processed, but I can not even stomach ...
