Fairly typical day although I think I usually eat a bit more....
Morning - Smoothie, comprised of 2-3 cups of baby spinach, 1 1/2 - 2 cups mixed berries (blueberries, strawberries, blackberries, raspberries - I use frozen because I can't afford real organic berries everyday), 1 banana, bee pollen, small handful of goji berries, a few figs, and some oj. This generally makes 2 servings, which I'll drink over a few hours or so. Ingredients depend on how I feel, but this really makes me feel great almost all of the time!
Noon - Salad - it's the easiest thing to take with me when I go to work. Baby spinach (I eat a lot of spinach), tomatoes, peppers, fresh parsley, cucumbers, nut/seed cheese, whatever else I feel like tossing in! My favorite dressing is lemon juice, evoo, lots of fresh garlic, shallot, and mint leaves! mmmmmmm.....
Supper - I like finger foods - always have! So when I'm home for dinner and have the time, I make lots of little finger delicacies - it makes it more fun at the end of a hard day, when maybe all I want to do is scrap the raw food and go straight to junk! Also, I find on raw food I'm not as hungry, so it's really easy to eat what I want, and put the rest away without overeating, or save it as a snack for later. Finger foods include things like nori rolls, collard rolls (any roll!), pate and crackers with cut vegetables, vegetables and dip, stuffed mushrooms, quiche.... anything really! I find I get a really good variety of foods in this way!
For dessert or snacks I'll have fresh fruit or fruit tart (nut/seed crust), just depending on how I feel. And If I'm really hungry, I'll snack two or three times a day!

Oh my! Never felt as thirsty or as hungry as often as I do now That I'm breastfeeding. But I looked at myself in the mirror and my skin and hair look drained and haggard. Any tips? thought I was eating well, but my son is 11months and feeding all the time...
For the skin I recommend lot of fresh air outside / sun / be active (I spend so 4 - 5 hours daily outside running, chasing my toddler :-), also in the rain, I bought rain boot, coat and off we go!). Also flax seeds are good for the skin health - have some in your smoothies or whatsoever.
Thank you. :)
How'd you come up with the 6 weeks? I know that Lukas had an amazing experience at your center and looks amazing.
When are you gonna write a book?
